Morning-
So here I am at work. Set up my outlook to remind me to walk after every 2-2:30 hrs. Will be walking around at 11:00 am. Finished almost half of the water bottle while driving to work. Will see how much I can drink my the end of the day.
Just had a cup of tea and cookies (bad) . Since I had no time to pack my breakfast and no change to buy serial bar from vending machine, I just dig into my bag for cookies..
11:00 am - Did get up from my seat. Used third floor ladies room instead of one on 1st floor where I sit. Also took stairs instead of elevator.
Drank one class on water in one hr.
Afternoon -had oat meal at 12:40 pm. Went around in the office.
2:00 - had one serving of honey dew
So far so good. But I was most worried about after office eating saga. And to my surprise blogging about it did help me have some control. I had a good dinner meal in the evening but it was in more controlled fashion..
Also sipping some tea after dinner
So proud..
