- Too many cookies with my morning tea.
- not enough protein in my breakfast or most of the days no breakfast
- sitting on my desk for too long
- fastfood style lunch
- not enough water intake
- munching snacks
- out of balance evening and weekend lifestyle. I tend to let go my control on food cravings...
- not much exercise lately
hmmm.. right... so which one I am going to pick first..
Two things that I feel I can pick first are "moving around in the office" and "Drinking enough water" ..
Tomorrow morning I will set up a reminder on my phone to buzz me in every two hrs reminding me to move my butt and also to take a good sip of the water....
Will touch base with you guys tomorrow to let you know how I did ......
