So how I am going to do it...

Let me jot down some of the bad habits that might be the cause of those extra lbs
  • Too many cookies with my morning tea.
  • not enough protein in my breakfast or most of the days no breakfast
  • sitting on my desk for too long
  • fastfood style lunch
  • not enough water intake
  • munching snacks
  • out of balance evening and weekend lifestyle. I tend to let go my control on food cravings...
  • not much exercise lately
Now that I have this list in front of me, I am going to work on one item at a time. As you all know that doing too much in too little time can fail right away..

hmmm.. right... so which one I am going to pick first..

Two things that I feel I can pick first are "moving around in the office" and "Drinking enough water" ..

Tomorrow morning I will set up a reminder on my phone to buzz me in every two hrs reminding me to move my butt and also to take a good sip of the water....

Will touch base with you guys  tomorrow to let you know how I did ......
